As a life coaching client, you may schedule sessions as frequently as you need to. The duration of the session is also up to you, though we may also discuss frequency/length in our sessions to determine what would be most practical based on what we are working on at that moment.
Life Coaching includes access between sessions via text, e-mail, or shared documents, such as Google Docs or Google Sheets. This makes it very easy for us to work on tasks together, and for me to help you stay on track between sessions!
Monthly Package at $149 includes: Setting custom Calorie and Macronutrient targets based upon your goals (Weight Loss, Weight Gain, or Weight Maintenance), activity levels and starting stats.
Education regarding how to track calories and macros using a variety of methods, from apps to portion control! You may use your own app and I will teach you the most accurate methods, as well as how to manage meals out, estimations, diet breaks, vacations...you know, life.
Weekly data collection and reviews of macros, weigh-ins, measurements, and/or progress photos, sent by me to you via e-mail, with a video review for you to watch at your leisure.
One 30-minute live Google Meet call per month to set SMART goals, talk about any anticipated obstacles or hurdles, and create an achievable plan to hit those goals.
Additional 30 or 60 minute live Google Meet calls can be purchased separately at any time for those times where you need more face to face support!
In between data review days, I'm available via text, e-mail, and shared Google Docs/Sheets for communication.

Monthly Package at $149 includes: A custom-built personal training program that takes into account
Your Goals, such as increasing strength, improving cardio endurance, building muscle mass, changing specifics about your body composition, improving performance specific to your favorite sport or hobby, etc!
Your equipment: whether you train at home with dumbbells and bands exclusively, have access to a state of the art fitness facility with all the world's machines, or something in between, I can design a program that best utilizes what you have access to. I'll never make you buy something you can't afford or don't have room for, and you'll never have to use something you aren't comfortable using in a gym space.
Your time: whether you can make time to train twice a week for 30 minutes, or are looking for 5 one-hour sessions, we can make it work. The best program is that one that you will stick to!
Your body's strengths, weakness, past injuries, or your Physician's and/or Physical Therapist's recommendations.
Delivery of your training program via Google Sheets, but I can also help you get your program set up in your favorite workout app of choice.
Weekly review and updates to your training program, so that you are utilizing progressive overload to gain strength and endurance in a data-driven, safe, and structured way.
One 30-minute live Google Meet call per month to set training schedules and goals, talk about any anticipated obstacles or hurdles that might get in the way, and/or use the time for live virtual personal training or form feedback.

For $199/month, you get everything included in both Nutrition and Fitness packages! Your weekly data reviews will cover both your nutrition and training goals.
You also get one 60-Minute Google Meet call per month, since we'll have more to cover.
You can still purchase additional Google Meet calls for Life Coaching or Virtual Personal Training sessions.

I understand that things come up! We all have busy schedules and lives, and so I have worked in the options to cancel and reschedule sessions directly within my Calendly appointments for your convenience. However, as a Life and Wellness Coach, one thing I believe in firmly is being respectful of each other’s time. Work-life balance is so critical, and I practice what I preach! I do my part to never cancel or reschedule sessions unless there are truly extenuating circumstances. I respect your time, and I hold true to session time limits. Your sessions will start and end on time, so you can make sure that your day’s schedule is not thrown off by our time together.
For Life Coaching sessions: In order to make this possible, I maintain firm cancellation and rescheduling policies, so that we can both be respectful of each other’s workflow, work-life balance, and overall wellness. As such, I require that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the start of the session will be subject to the full session fee, and no refunds will be provided. This can be avoided, however, simply by rescheduling.
Re-scheduling can be done w/in 24 hours, but must be done at least 4 hours prior to the start time. When rescheduling an appointment that you have already booked and paid for, please use the “Rescheduled Session” options on Calendly. These will not require you to pay again! Note however, that the session time must be the same. If you had originally booked and paid for a 30 minute session, for example, please choose “Rescheduled 30 Minute Session.”
For Nutrition/Fitness Packages: While monthly sessions will be billed on a recurring basis, you may cancel at any time w/ at least 3 business days written notice (e-mail is fine). This allows me time to cancel the subscription for you via Stripe so you are not charged again.
If you decide you do not wish to pursue nutrition or fitness coaching after our intake meeting, please kindly let me know within 24 hours of our meeting. I will be able to refund you the cost for the remainder of the month: the package fee minus $85 for the initial meeting.
For clients who miss their intake meeting, I will use my due diligence to reach out to you to reschedule. For clients who do not respond, I will cancel the recurring monthly subscription so you will not continue to be charged, but no refunds will be provided.
Rewarding Wellness Reserves the right not to pursue a new client relationship or to discontinue a current client relationship due to repeated cancellations or reschedulings. Thank you for understanding, and being respectful of our precious time together.
